For the past 4 years Diadem has worked with Tabcorp to plan, develop and deliver their feature Birdcage marquee for the Spring Carnival at Flemington. For 2009 and 2010 Diadem has collaborated with creative consultant Mim Design who has provided the concept design inspiration.
